Hello from Kim, Frances & Sarah!
We are committed and experienced leaders providing unique and profound transformation through training & development for managers & teams.
Our success is safety & inclusion for all in meaningful and fulfilling work.
We've been wondering how to actually create a workplace culture of psychosocial safety and high performance. What would it look like to de-stress management and be freed up at work to perform as you truly would like to?
Would you be interested in improving the quality of relationships, build trust and cooperation, energise and motivate staff, improve the quality of decisions, generate innovation, and reduce workplace dysfunction, all while creating psychosocially safe environments in which everyone can feel in tune with themselves and at home in their work?

I'm a recognised achiever, a leader in network marketing, and a strong advocate for personal development. One of my proudest accomplishments is ranking in the top 1% of a major network marketing company. The first person in Tasmania to achieve this which really speaks to my belief in myself, unwavering commitment to growing myself and helping others achieve their goals.
While being a mum is at the core of who I am, I wear several hats. I have a true passion for coaching and mentoring, and I've been fortunate to use my broad experience to guide others on their own paths to success. My focus on leadership and creating psychologically safe workplaces makes me a catalyst for positive change within organisations. I'm dedicated to nurturing environments where people can truly flourish – mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
My enthusiasm for personal development knows no bounds. I truly believe that growth is the foundation of success. It's the reason I live by the philosophy that "if nothing changes, nothing changes." I'm here to help others navigate through transformative processes. Whether you're striving for personal goals or aiming to break down barriers within your organisation, I'm here to provide the support you need to embrace change and unlock your true potential.
My journey speaks of resilience and dedication. I've always believed in uplifting others, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and growth.

Kim uses adult learning principles with great effect and she’s really approachable and tuned into trauma informed care. When Kim’s doing the training you know the content will be well researched and as a learner you’ll have opportunities to explore your own understanding of the topic and its relevance to you and how you can build on it if you you’ve identified some gaps, including confidence and know-how applying new techniques and concepts in your work area.

I find the program really well thought-out and constructed.I find it very exciting and well crafted, the synthesis of different literatures works really well. Manager’s role is not just in one-to-one relations with employees, but also in fostering healthy collectives.
